Admission
Admission to K.E Carmel School is based on conditions of age, mental aptitude, ability, conduct of the candidate and the parental responses. Applicants to higher classes are admitted according to the vacancies available and based on the overall performance of the candidate. Every candidate for admission must be introduced by the parent/guardian who will be responsible for his/her conduct, studies, discipline and fees. This page will help you, if you are looking for admission. Admissions start generally from the month of October first week of every year. The New academic sessions commence from April first week. Admissions are taken in a slot basis at present. Admissions to senior classes are subject to vacancies and performance in the written and oral evaluations.



You are invited to go through the admission procedures:

  1. 1. Download the application form, fill the entries (with photographs, wherever asked for) or you may collect the form, directly from the school office.

  2. 2. Submit the form at the school office. (In case you have downloaded the form from the website, while submission; pay the prescribed fee at the office).



School Fees
The school fees & bus fees cover twelve calendar months and must be paid in advance at the Axis Bank, Suri. One-time payment will have certain rebate.The fees are to be paid before 10th of every month and late deposits will attract a late fee of Rs.50 per month. Pupils have to pay fees until they are withdrawn with a Transfer Certificate. Fees once paid are not refundable. All dues must be cleared before each term examination. Those who do not clear the dues will not be permitted to sit for any of the examinations.Since the final examinations start in the last week of February, students are supposed to pay the fees of the last two months together by February. Otherwise late fine will be levied. The management reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year if an increment is deemed necessary.



Extra Curricular Activities
Intellect and will are the two main faculties of human beings. Along with it, one has subsidiary -emotional social, psychological faculties. A wholistic growth of a human being, encompass the development of all these faculties. Hence, extracurricular activities like – sports, picnic, celebrations etc helps to nurture the growth wholistically. KECS has adopted this style as part of its wholistic formation.
